Presidential Women’s Center offers free sensitive urine pregnancy tests that will detect pregnancy 10-12 days from conception. This is offered Monday through Saturday with no appointment necessary —simply walk into the clinic at any time during our hours of operation.
If you believe you may be pregnant or have had a positive pregnancy test, our pregnancy calculator can help estimate your gestation until you are able to be seen for an ultrasound. An ultrasound is included in our abortion services, and we offer free ultrasounds to those who have had a positive pregnancy test and are considering their options.
Effective May 1, 2024, Florida law allows abortions until only 6 weeks of pregnancy with few exceptions for rape, incest, human trafficking, health risk to the pregnant person and lethal fetal anomaly. We are available to answer questions about your eligibility.
