The state of Georgia has made it clear that they want to continue to restrict access to abortion. Laws restricting abortion in Georgia are an insult to patients. If you are unable to access an abortion in Georgia or any other state in the U.S., as well as countries throughout the world, Presidential Women’s Center may be able to help. We welcome patients from other states and countries with open arms.
At Presidential Women’s Center, our focus is offering the highest level of medical care for women seeking abortions in a warm, safe, and confidential environment. The decision to get an abortion is not an easy one, but our highly qualified and caring staff is here to help you navigate this difficult time with compassion. We are committed to helping women access reproductive healthcare and make their own decisions about what is best for their bodies, to live up to our motto of “Women helping women.”
Exceptional Care for All Types of Abortions
Our team of OB/GYN physicians, advanced practice clinicians (NPs), nurses, counselors, and staff will guide you through the process of abortion from start to finish. We offer initial testing to confirm that you are pregnant, and both surgical and non-surgical options to terminate a pregnancy based on your situation.
Non-surgical abortion pills are an option for women up to 11 weeks from the date of your last period. They are generally safe and allow you to end a pregnancy from home in a natural way.
Surgical options for abortion include:
- First trimester abortion (5 to 12 weeks from menstrual period)
- Second trimester abortions (13 to 24 weeks from menstrual period)
These procedures are done in our state-of-the-art abortion clinic in Palm Beach County with highly skilled physicians who have years of expertise and experience in this type of care. The procedure itself takes just a few minutes, and then you can recover in our quiet, safe recovery rooms.
Travel Arrangements and Assistance
For women who are traveling from Georgia, another state, or another country, our clinic is located near three major airports, the Tri-Rail and Brightline trains, and we can help you with travel arrangements to and from your procedure. We have a dedicated Travel Coordinator to walk you through all the available options to get the care you need, and even have financial assistance options in some situations when you can’t afford the cost of transportation on your own.

We are very fortunate to work with an extraordinary organization, Emergency Medical Assistance (EMA), who generously contributes to funding abortions for women with financial challenges. They were established in the early 1970s by our mentor and inspiration, Harriette Glasner. They also help with transportation and lodging for women who need to travel to access our services.
As EMA saw the number of patients who had to travel to our Center increasing, they created a new component of their organization called EMA’s ANGELS. This incredible group – all volunteers - are dedicated to providing practical support to make our traveling patient’s abortion care experience easier. This includes offering food, gas gift cards, and other items. We are proud of how our community comes together to support our patients!
